TERMS OF BUSINESS

• Advance Payment
  All orders must be accompanied by a 100% advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No order shall be considered confirmed unless the applicable payment terms have been fulfilled.
• Order Confirmation
  Orders booked by our agents or representatives are subject to final acceptance and confirmation by the Manufacturer.
• Prices
  All orders shall be executed at the prices prevailing on the date of dispatch.
• Rates
  Prices are net Ex-Works and are exclusive of packing, forwarding, freight, postage, GST, and any other applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
• Delivery
  Delivery schedules are provided in good faith and are approximate only. Delays in delivery shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order or for any claim for damages.
• Risk in Transit
  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods are dispatched at the purchaser’s risk. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or shortage occurring after the goods have been handed over to the carrier.
• Inspection and Claims
  Any claim regarding quantity, quality, damage, or shortage must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Claims received after this period will not be entertained.
• Order Amendments and Cancellations
  • Once an order has been registered, no reduction in quantity or cancellation will be accepted without our written approval.
  • Orders for custom-made or customer-specific products cannot be returned due to incorrect ordering by the customer.
    Once an order has been invoiced and packed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if received within 48 hours of placing the order and only if manufacturing, processing, nesting, procurement, or dispatch has not commenced.
  • Orders requiring special engineering, customization, or modifications may attract cancellation charges based on work completed, materials procured, overheads incurred, and reasonable profit up to the date the written cancellation request is received.
  • If the customer identifies an error in specifications, configuration, or product selection, we will make reasonable efforts to amend or cancel the order, provided production or processing has not commenced.
• Product Approval
  It is presumed that all samples if supplied have been tested and approved by the customer for the intended application. Production and supply shall be made in accordance with the approved sample and/or customer specifications.

WARRANTY

• Our products are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of supply against
  manufacturing defects and defects in material.
• This warranty becomes void if the product has been altered, modified, repaired, misused, or
  tampered with by any person other than us or our authorized representatives.
• Products found, upon inspection at our works, to have manufacturing defects or defective
  materials will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. The cost of transportation
  to our works shall be borne by the customer.
• Our decision regarding the existence of a manufacturing defect and the appropriate remedy
  shall be final and binding.
• Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective
  product supplied by us. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or
  special damages, including damage to equipment, machinery, or products in which our goods
  are installed, loss of production, loss of profits, or any other consequential losses arising from
  the use or failure of our products.

JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or relating to any quotation, order, supply, or transaction shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction
of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
